As all-round OSC Employee, you are responsible for answering the questions of flex employees, concerning for example the salary, work and housing, in an accurate and timely manner. It is a very nice and responsible position in a fine team at our office in Venray.
You register the questions of flex employees;
You receive and process sickness notifications of flex employees;
You take care of administration concerning transport;
You carry out sickness registration according to the OTTO sickness absence policy for temporary employees;
In co-operation with the Facility Department you prepare a correct housing plans which correspond to the prepared personnel planning;
You ensure a high-quality and careful registration of data in our Quintiq system;
You maintain contacts with the Account Manager and/or On-Site Specialist who are responsible for the client;
You work pro actively in problem situations and ensure proper information processing by acting quickly.
You help to reduce short sickness absenteeism based on the OTTO sickness absence policy;
You are responsible for managing contracts of flex employees;
You take care of sufficient availability of vehicles at OTTO locations and transfer of vehicles between locations;
You function as “confidential counsellor” for temporary employees;
You are responsible for guaranteeing sufficient deployment of employees at all clients.
You have a secondary or higher professional education (MBO 4 / HBO) level of analysis and work;
You have relevant professional experience in the employment services branch;
You speak Polish, English and/or Dutch;
You have knowledge of Microsoft Office packages;
You have strong analytical skills, you are stress resistant and accurate in your work.
