OTTO e-Recruitment is the Werving & Selectie department within OTTO Workforce, known as the international broadcaster of logistics and production personnel. Because of our brand awareness and our international character, our clients and other companies in the Logistics branch know where to find us for other vacancies than orderpicking and production. More and more often we are asked to handle vacancies for other profiles and another level. We are constantly looking for innovation and innovation in this time of ultra-fast digitization. In order to remain transparent towards customers and candidates, in 2017 we split off the recruitment of middle and higher educated staff in various sectors and transferred them to OTTO e-Recruitment, the latest recruitment and selection techniques.
