As Assistant Team Leader at Blokker, you are responsible for directing a team of Logistics Associates. Together with the Team Leader your Co-Assistant Team Leaders, you are responsible for running a trial at one of the Divisions within the Distribution Center. In doing so, you provide the highest possible quality and lowest cost.
What are you going to do in concrete terms?
• Steering and coaching on employee performance
• Steering and coaching on employee attitudes and behavior, both positive and constructive
• Operational control of the process
• Signaling deviations in the process and making improvements
• You are the Key User for the WMS system
• Participate in projects or project management
